Kite Flying

He was extremely happy when he woke up this morning, and I didn't know why. Probably he knew he was going out, he knew he was going to play and meet more people!

Brought Niki out to Dar's place early in the morning, 9am!

As usual, we took around 45mins to walk from my place to dar's.

YuHui came to fetch me around 2.20pm.
I brought my 2 kites with me along with Niki.

Went Vista Point to get some snacks and off we went to the hill behind WGS, beside Christ Church. We talked so much and less photos this time round. Gossips like usual, and discussed on topics like the election and saying how old we are now. =S

The sun was blazing at us, and we concluded that flying a kite at 3pm is a so wrong time. I thought we reach at 3.30pm thou. And even Niki knows how to hide under our shadows!

And he hid under his most-feared umbrella!
How cute!

And at one point of time, I couldn't see him anywhere!
Worried for a second, but ended up found him here:

Probably he's afraid to get any tanner too.

But anyway, we were on the grass and Niki laid on it freely. He keep complaining hot, and drank lots of water. Cutes. He didn't bark at anyone there, and probably he knew they are my friends. =) He was friendly to them, and even allowed them to hug him! ^^v

Yeahh... and only Alvin didn't take a pic with him.

Yeah, it was windy but not so windy.
And it was sunnier than I expected it to be.

It was dark in the morning.

But anyway, Alvin brough his Professional tools for Kite Flying and made me so feel like getting it too!! BUT, I know myself, this could probably be the last time flying my kite for this year. LOL! >> YES! I think. hohohoho~

I didn't manage to fly up mine, although Alvin succeeded! He really look like a profession flyer with much knowledge etc. I tried playing with his professional tools but it didn't get me anywhere either. LOL! And the heavy winding device (or whatever its being called), it feels like fishing much!

We finally left around 6.15pm where the sun was about to set.
Conclusion; I had a happy day with 'em, ......

Niki's Walk with Love

Dardar was with us!

It was Thursday (yesterday) and finally no rain so that we could meet and walk Niki together! <3 I've got SO MUCH to tell him!!

We initially wanted to walk over to dar's place however, as he will be going out around 10pm, he suggest that we'll just hang around my place, and that I could rest home early.

We headed to the playground where it was windy enough!
It was lovely, for a walk daily, and talkings during these walks are perfect!

Imagjine, a walk, a dog and a talk!
Nothing beats this lovely feeling!!
It's like a little family. =D

Saw this from DogsInc in Facebook and felt that its really meaningful.

10 Promise To Your Dog

Before you bring me home, please remember that I can only live for 15 years (or shorter), therefore you abundance will be my biggest misery.

Please don't get angry with me for too long, and don't cage me up as punishments because, you have your work, you have your entertainment, you have your friends,
but I only have you.

When you beat (or abuse) me, please remember that I actually have teeth that can bite through your bones, but I chose not to harm you.

Give me some time, I need to know your expectations.

Trust me!
This is very important to me.

Talk to me when you are free, even though I may not understand your language yet, I will because your voice is keeping me by my side.

Before you scold me for not listening, for being stubbon, troublesome, please ask yourself if you have fed me enough? Or how long haven't you been bringing me out to the sun, or was it because I am already old and weak?

When I'm old and weak and need to rely on you, please take care of me because we all gets old eventually.

At my last moment of life, please stay with me. Don't go away because you can't bear to, or you didn't wanna see me pass on. With you around, I am willing to accept anything fate gives.

Personal note;
This is not only suppose to be for you pet dogs.
In fact, everything in life is to be treasured.

Every moment of your life is given by every one around you.
They share their life with you till old and ripe.
Therefore, do learn to appreciate and do something for the ones especially cared for you most before you regret.

I personally felt bitter and teared upon reading it.
And I would like to share this to everyone.

SENTOSA !!

It was a windy Sunday morning!

And Niki woke me up as early as 7am for pee time and poo.

So I brought him down to do his business and came back to sleep soon.

My brothers were at home, and they took care of him while I rest. Woke up at 12nn finally.

Dardar was home this early morning, and I was planning to give him some rest time as well, so I didn't call him neither did I went over. He is bringing me to Sentosa this afternoon! YAY!

We finally woke up, and planned to meet at 2pm.

His brother is fetching us there while he do some tanning.

NICE ~~ We've got the car today!

Niki was overjoyed when he hears me say "NIKI GAI GAI!"

(He was sleeping when I was having my brunch.....)

On the car... Niki was pretty restless at first cuz he was still panting.

I love the way niki do the *slurps* look !

LOL... so cute lor !

We reach Sentosa around 3pm.

The entrance for Car was suppose to be $7, but we didnt know we did not pay and neither anyone approach us for payment. *shrugs* That entrance fee became our Berry Yougurt from NEWZEALAND!! heheheh .......

And parking fee was 5 bucks.

Which I don't know what is that entrance fee for now.

But anyway, the first thing Niki alights, was to pee.

I did bring him to pee before we jump onto the car, but seems like he've been drinking alot of water recently. =) AND.... he poop. I think he was just getting nervous.

SO CUTES !! Both of them !! hehehe <3

Somehow, we can feel that Niki was happy cuz he did not curl his tail down. Although he did shun some of the crowds at times, but he was happily jumping and playing! But initially he was walking so carefully that we gotta keep cheering him saying "Niki lets go!"

We brought him to the waters and he was actually afraid of the waves !

Dar and I gotta bring him into the waters where the waves doesn't splash.

NIKI SWIMS !!

And we notice that he didnt need to paddle his hind legs to do so.

So, dogs do swim by instinct?

He was so cute. So scared but trying his best.

We didn't have mats, so we brought towels and laid them on the sands. Niki rushed towards all towel and played with them! A funny sight!

After a little resting, we started running around.

Dardar played with him like a little kid.

Dardar ran, and Niki chases after him.

And of course, Niki barks.... But we can see Niki enjoying although we still can't differenciate his barkings and whether it's a positive bark or negative one.

I brought my camera along, but only used my iPhone for photos cuz the colors aren't as pretty, maybe I didn't know how to set the lightings and so on, but iPhone are too convenient! hehe ....... SNAP and adjust! =)

Dardar was actually tyring to carrying Niki up to take a photo when niki is trying to lie down and rub his face against the towel! But this photo turns out to be like as if dardar is chunking niki on the ground!! lol !!!! can't stop laughing when I see this!!

Dar's brother was trying to ask Niki to look here but instead, Niki keep looking at his hand!! So funny ! He didn't wanna carry niki cuz niki was wet all over, and Nick wasn't at all !! Funny*

Okay, at least something! hahah!

We went back at 4pm cuz.... it's gonna rain.

So we decided to head for dinner instead at China Town !!

Niki was so busy looking around, and also barked at a few that deemed as "not pretty"

Zzz ............ Did I mention that Niki only barks at guys / old man? He seldom bark at girls / pretty ladies like Yuhui !! LOL > and he barked at LongYun. =.=' *funny.... but up till now, it's kinda true. =.="

But it's just a guideline. Probably is the way of approach. That kind of 'air' coming towards Niki and he'll bark if he dislike - especially kids running towards him, or shouting and crying. Niki hate most.

He went home and I shower him, blow dry him a little and he went back to sleep.
